Our mission at Black Art Social is to cultivate a safe and inclusive community that celebrates and uplift Black creatives in the DMV area. Grounded in our values of community engagement and support, we are dedicated to empowering artists and at risk youth through a range of initiatives. Our goal is to secure grants, organize workshops, host events, and curate Art galleries, while differentiating ourselves through our commitment to providing a safe space for art and music events, youth programs, artistic workshops in schools, fundraisers, and more. Our target audience encompasses all forms of artists, including painters, musicians, poets, and fashion designers, as well as enthusiasts, sponsors, philanthropic urban individuals
